Inno Setup

This is a free program to create auto installation packages. It has a really nice wizard. I cannot compare it to other programs as I have not used any other. It took me a few hours the first time to get the hang of it and get a prototype install package I needed for one of our product lines. I think this is quite a reasonable length of time.
